I hope that this is the year that all your wishes come true. May you finally kiss the one you were thinking about at midnight. May whatever you wished for as the ball dropped come true. May your skies brighten, may you have good hair days, and may all your animals be house trained. I hope your doctors and your bosses and your best friends tell you all that you want to hear. May designer watches strap themselves to your wrist, your neighbour's lawns get mowed and those lottery numbers you've been playing for the last five years finally work for you. May you finally gain the courage to say what's on your mind,, and the wisdom to accept what you can't change. May you have peace in whatever you do.
Above all, my friends, I wish you laughter. I hope that 2008 keeps you laughing.
