I envy your history. As a many-generation WASPy Texan, I don't have that history, or a family that large. You are blessed, but you know that, don't you?

Forgive any typos, my eyes are kind of full at the moment. Astonishing. How wonderful for your family to find you, and give you back to you.

Baby, history is SO very important - my tattoo on my back is of a compass rose - to ever remind me where I come from in case I can't decide where to go... Your entry makes me miss you more than ever.

This, my love, was a most beautiful post. And of course Frankie was with you; of course he was.

Wonderful. Imagine a whole townful of people who have the same romantic generous loving heart as you do. ~LA

It's amazing and I know exactly how you feel, you just said it better! (As per usual!) You can't blame Frankie for his post vacation blues and his unwillingness to change his watch back to Canadian time! He couldn’t help but fall in love with them as immensely as he did. They are amazing and they are our family! Thank you for sharing your entry it was truly beautiful.

Like I said memories and history are always there for you, not to hold you back to hold you up. Of course those people love you, everybody loves "the mare."
